PBA FitneZ Factory Hyper Pro Training Launch

I had a great time yesterday helping PBA with their Hyper Pro Training launch event! It was a pleasure to teach at their school - thanks very much to Sensei Zara & Vic for having me. I'm sure those guys will run a great programme and they already have some great martial arts athletes in the making. I look forward to going back soon & seeing everyone's progress!
